Michael Jackson’s “This Is It” Highest-Grossing Concert Film Ever
Sony Pictures has declared that Michael Jackson’s This Is It is now “the highest-grossing concert film of all-time” with an estimated gross in excess of $100 million worldwide, so far. Not bad for only having been in theaters for 5 days! The studio has also announced that the much-publicized “2 weeks only” run in theaters has been extended beyond Thanksgiving.
