According to CNN, Weezer frontman Rivers Cuomo was injured when his tour bus slid on a patch of ice and landed in a ditch. The singer complained of rib pain and was hospitalized along with one other passenger on the bus. Weezer are currently on the road promoting their new album, Raditude, out now.
